The main field of competence of Osceola comprises of IT-services for companies in the German-speaking countries. Our employees process data from scanned images or forms and furthermore they are appointed for complete back-office services.

We choose our employees for data processing by our own special testsoftware. Using a well defined method of selection and after a guided interview, those IT- specialists go through a several weeks course and a trial period. The regular workshops and courses on image and form prosessing in German language guarantee an ongoing level of top-performance and high quality results.
In accordance with well proven techniques we count on strictly defined processes and an obligatory quality management. Our IT-infrastructure is built following the requirements of the BSI (Federal IT Security Services). The IT-codex book of that institution serves as a guide book. Besides that, all of our offices are ensured with metal doors and photosensors. In case of someone breaking into the office the state security company will arrive within three minutes.
For data entering of scanned images we use our own high performance software called Muskogee. It combines the most modern OCR-Engines and automated intelligent control of the results giving our employees a higher reach of productivity. The multistage processing of unfamiliar textelements is controlled by specially trained employees. These employees build up our main staff. They have good knowledge of German and/or English language and they have passed through several months of training on processing German addresses and data entering of scanned images and different forms. The concept of data security and the workflow with Muskogee is described in detail on the last page of this booklet.
Data entering with our software and the quality checking tools guarantee a high standard exactly satisfying the quality requirements of our customers. The implementation of the customer–software–environment is an additional option we offer as part of the strategic partnership.
